Project Description:

The project aims to provide critical knowledge to youth workers in the STEAM sector with the necessary knowledge and experience of running STEAM activities using Design Sprint and Challenge-Based Learning methodologies.

The objectives of the project are to explore how Design Sprint and Challenge based learning methodologies can be applied in non-formal STEAM education for youth, develop a comprehensive training program for youth workers on non-formal
STEAM education using Design Sprint and CBL methodologies, and carry out a training course based on the created program. The project also aims to implement dissemination activities and promote innovative teaching methodologies in
STEAM education

Who can apply?

• 18+ Years old
• Residents of the following countries:         
• Background: Educators, youth workers, or teachers working with young people and interested in the topics of creativity and STEAM education.
• Language: Participants must be able to communicate in English.
• Commitment: Participants must be able to attend the entire duration of the TC.
• Community Involvement: Participants must be willing to promote activities in their own community.
• Local Event Organizing: Selected participants will be responsible for organizing a local event, such as a seminar or workshop, for their community within one and a half months after the TC has ended.
• Dissemination and Visibility: Selected participants will also be responsible for promoting the project and increasing its visibility.
