The aim of the project is to increase the skills of youth leaders through the acquisition of effective, informal, and ‘youth-friendly’ techniques and methodologies and create a facilitated discussion spree between participating youth workers to share information, data, best practices, and knowledge about concepts and principles of youth participation and how to inspire and empower young people to become active at the local, regional, and international levels. The project has several objectives that aim to empower youth workers and young people through innovative methods and content. The key goals include enhancing educational methods for youth workers using storytelling and comics, producing comics for teen stress management, empowering marginalized rural youth, raising awareness about ecological and environmental protection, improving digital literacy and global participation, informing about the Erasmus program through a comic book.

Participant Profile

This project is open for heads of NGOs, youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and formal educational institutions working in the field of capacity building for educators and aiming at equipping their staff with new competencies, educators themselves, who are open to professional development and eagerness for education to respond to the issues of nowadays.
