Project Description:
The project aims to provide critical knowledge to youth workers in the STEAM sector with the necessary knowledge and experience of running STEAM activities using Design Sprint and Challenge-Based Learning methodologies.
The objectives of the project are to explore how Design Sprint and Challenge based learning methodologies can be applied in non-formal STEAM education for youth, develop a comprehensive training program for youth workers on non-formal
STEAM education using Design Sprint and CBL methodologies, and carry out a training course based on the created program. The project also aims to implement dissemination activities and promote innovative teaching methodologies in
STEAM education
Who can apply?
- 18+ Years old
- Residents of the following countries:
- Background: Educators, youth workers, or teachers working with young people and interested in the topics of creativity and STEAM education.
- Language: Participants must be able to communicate in English.
- Commitment: Participants must be able to attend the entire duration of the TC.
- Community Involvement: Participants must be willing to promote activities in their own community.
- Local Event Organizing: Selected participants will be responsible for organizing a local event, such as a seminar or workshop, for their community within one and a half months after the TC has ended.
- Dissemination and Visibility: Selected participants will also be responsible for promoting the project and increasing its visibility.

Project Description
:
The “All Colors of Education” project is designed to enhance the educational process by promoting the use of graphic facilitation and visual thinking tools. Its main objectives include:
- Raising awareness about the importance of visual tools in education and youth work.
- Building a personal visual library and understanding the basics of visual language.
- Practicing sketch-noting and graphic recording for efficient visualization of concepts.
- Recognizing the benefits of visuals in memory retention, motivation, attention-grabbing, and prompting action.
- Grasping the concept of graphic facilitation and its application in different scenarios.
- Encouraging the use of graphical tools for creativity and critical thinking.
- Exploring online visual thinking tools and platforms for online learning.
- Enhancing self-expression and minimizing misunderstandings.
- Aiming for a ripple effect in the competence development of visual thinking in education and youth work.
- Developing visual aids for self-learning in visual thinking and graphic facilitation.
The project will be structured around two training courses, with an online course in between to bridge knowledge gaps and deepen understanding of the project’s theme.
Who can apply?

- Resident of one of the following countries:

- Truthful engagement and motivation to study the theme of the project, willingness to share individual and professional knowledge, and to learn in the international group
- Participation in all the stages of LTTC
- Distinct ideas for follow up at local/national and international level

- Openness for and the gratitude of non-formal earning approach in excessive diversity structure
- Commitment to go through the whole long-term learning process
- Excessive commitment for follow up activities and networking
Travel costs are reimbursed to the maximum which is determined by the European Commission (based on the actual distance)

Project Description:
The aim of this project is to increase the skills of youth leaders through the acquisition of effective, informal, and “youth-friendly” techniques and methodologies and create a facilitated discussion spree between participating youth
workers to share information, data, best practices, and knowledge about concepts and principles of youth participation and how to inspire and empower young people to become active at the local, regional ,and international levels.
The project has several objectives that aim to empower youth workers and young people through innovative methods and content. The key goals include enhancing educational methods for youth workers using storytelling and comics, producing
comics for teen stress management, empowering marginalized rural youth, raising awareness about ecological and environmental protection, improving digital literacy and global participation, informing about the Erasmus program through
a comic book.

Artificial Intelligence in Youth Work: Harnessing the Power of Technology for Positive Impact

Project Description:
Through this training course, we want to develop a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be applied to address challenges in education and promote inclusive learning. With this project we want to achieve the following objectives:
- Introducing youth workers to the concept of AI and its potential applications in education
- Equipping youth workers with the skills to identify and evaluate appropriate AI tools and platforms that can support their work with young people.
- Encouraging critical thinking and ethical reflection when considering the integration of AI in youth work
- Exploring how AI can be used to support inclusive and personalized learning experiences for diverse groups of learners
- Promotion of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among youth workers from different organizations and backgrounds.
The Training Course will include people who have different levels of experience and expertise in the use of technology, including AI, who have strong interest in promoting quality education and creating opportunities for young people.
This mobility is designed to meet the needs and interests of youth workers who are committed to promoting quality education and creating opportunities for young people, and who are interested in exploring the potential of AI in achieving
these goals.

Competence Lab for Inclusion

This project involves 24 youth workers from 8 different organizations, forming a mixed abilities group to receive non-formal education-based training in creating accessible and inclusive activities using universal design principles,
particularly for individuals with diverse abilities and those at risk of social exclusion. The project aims to develop competences in designing inclusive educational activities, raise awareness about needs-centred planning, and enhance
understanding of learning processes in diverse groups to promote more inclusive European youth work.
Who can apply?

- Resident of Austria, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Turkey
- If possible, with some background experience in youth work.
- Interested in working with youngsters and groups with mixed abilities
- Able to transfer, later on, the learning acquired to their organisations.

The project at its core aims to reinforce human rights education, education for democratic citizenship, peace education and intercultural education in the innovative shape of longer-term simulation activities which are by their nature
more engaging and deep in terms of holistic and experiential learning. With this project, we would like to share new tools and engage and inspire youth workers, trainers and other actors in youth work practice. The project gives
space to design, implement, test and assess the activities, and to describe the methodology in detail. All in all, it will contribute to innovation and raise the quality of non-formal education.
